Use This Traveling Workout On The Road This Holiday Season

traveling workoutEven if you are not a business traveler, there is a good chance this holiday season you will find yourself on the road. I would say it’s even harder on the none business traveler because we are used to our daily routine which hopefully includes exercise. Have no fear, this traveling workout can be done anywhere and no equipment is required.

The Workout

Grab a towel from the bathroom. If you have the time, perform three sets of twelve reps for each exercise in this traveling workout. Rest 40 seconds after completing each set. Use a tempo of 3-1-1-1. Lower three seconds, pause one second, raise one second, pause one second, repeat. If you are in a pinch for time, make this a circuit with no rest between exercises. You will do one set of sixteen reps for each exercise, then go right into the next. You can use this option as the primary too, just perform three circuits, resting sixty seconds after completing each circuit.
