I built this site with one intention, to help people over 35 get into or back into the best shape of their life. I have done different types of training throughout my life. From boxing and kickboxing to Marine Corps training, weight training, mellow to intense Cardio workouts, I’ve done it all which is why I write about so many different workouts. Having done these things myself, I understand how to keep workouts from getting boring. I constantly mix things up.
