Diet Myths #4 I get some form of exercise in daily so I can eat what I want
Why it’s a myth – Unless your an Olympic athlete like Michael Phelps who burns up to 20,000 calories a day when he’s training then no you cannot eat what you want because you exercise. The bottom line is the only way you can lose weight is to burn off more calories than you take in. So if you exercise for an hour and burn off 400 calories, then go have a 600 calorie meal, guess what, you are going to gain weight!
