Healthy Coffee RecipesIf you think you can never make a cup of coffee as good as the ones at four bucks or plumkins I’m here to tell you that’s wrong. Save your money for something fun and follow these steps to make a great cup of joe in the morning. Be sure to try one of the healthy coffee recipes at the bottom.

You do not need to spend $250 on a coffee maker

But you should buy the best one you can afford. Coffee makers that can grind their own beans seem to make a better tasting coffee. However, I have switched to the Kuerig and I have to be honest, I think they make a fantastic cup of coffee. And I did not buy the most expensive. In fact, I bought it on Amazon for $135. I have my favorite recipe for a cup below. I have spent $5 on a large coffee and have never found it as good as the one I make every morning.
One last thought to share. For years I used a French Press and I can honestly say you can’t find a better cup of coffee. Takes more effort and time but you can pick up a Press for under $20!

Green tea and Black tea actually come from the same plant as do and white tea. What makes these teas different from one another is simply how it they are processed.

When you drink Black Tea on a regular basis,  it assists in giving you healthy arteries and the antioxidant falconoid not only gives the tea flavor but may help prevent cancer, lower cholesterol levels, give you fresher breath, stronger bones and even stronger teeth.
