One thing that many people overlook when taking on the task is how healthy is their salad dressing. Your making the effort to eat a healthy salad or two everyday and if your not a fan, you probably find it easier and more tolerable to soak it in dressing. More than likely, if your not using a homemade salad dressing, you are adding calories and worse yet additives that will hinder your health plan. Easiest And Healthy Homemade Salad Dressing
Ingredients
1 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon chopped shallots
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/8 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Preparation
Combine vinegar, shallots, salt, Dijon mustard, and pepper. Gradually add olive oil, stirring until incorporated

Ingredients
1/2 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon anchovy paste or 2 anchovy fillets
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 small garlic clove
Preparation
Place all ingredients (Greek yogurt, Parmesan, olive oil, lemon juice, anchovy, mustard, and garlic) in a blender or food processor. Puree until smooth and emulsified.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 teaspoons almond butter
1⁄4 cup coconut milk
1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro 1 tablespoon finely chopped mint
1⁄8 teaspoon red pepper flakes Pinch of sea salt
Preparation
Mix lime juice and 2 teaspoons of warm water with almond butter and mix well until almond butter has a slightly runnier consistency. Whisk in the rest of the ingredients. Add additional salt, herbs or red pepper flakes to taste.
