Healthy, flavorful Greek Style Chicken Wraps
I found this Greek Style Chicken Wraps recipe on cooking light and gave it a try. It was fantastic! I’ve made changes to the original recipe to make it Paleo friendly. You can find the original recipe here . I love using rotisserie chicken for all types of different meals. Personally I buy the already cooked full organic chicken you can find in just about any store. I then peel off the skin and tear the chicken into small pieces so I can use later. You can also find plain rotisserie chicken in the deli section of your supermarket. It will already be shredded for you which will save time. Use the lean, mild breast meat.

1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
3 tablespoons pitted kalamata olives, coarsely chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
