Tennis Conditioning Workout – Ever Seen A Fat Tennis Player?

tennis conditioningIn honor of the Olympics starting in Rio next month, I am going to post one workout a week that is related to the Olympics with some history and fun facts. This week will be a workout for my favorite sport, tennis conditioning. But first a little trivia about the beginning of the Olympics.

The First Olympic games

According to the the Olympic website historical records show the first ancient Olympic Games can be traced back to 776 BC! They were dedicated to the Olympian gods
