Food AddictionI’m sure when you hear someone has an “addiction” you probably think of heroin or cocaine, maybe alcohol. No one thinks of a person having a food addiction but millions of people do. I for one, am a big fan of Reese’s Nutrageuos Candy Bars. I won’t say this paleo friendly candy bars recipe brings the exact same flavor. But I will say it satisfy my craving every time. Knowing it’s a much healthier alternative makes me feel good too. So do I never have a Nutrageous bar anymore? No, but it is a rarity. Healthy Coffee RecipesIf you think you can never make a cup of coffee as good as the ones at four bucks or plumkins I’m here to tell you that’s wrong. Save your money for something fun and follow these steps to make a great cup of joe in the morning. Be sure to try one of the healthy coffee recipes at the bottom.

You do not need to spend $250 on a coffee maker

But you should buy the best one you can afford. Coffee makers that can grind their own beans seem to make a better tasting coffee. However, I have switched to the Kuerig and I have to be honest, I think they make a fantastic cup of coffee. And I did not buy the most expensive. In fact, I bought it on Amazon for $135. I have my favorite recipe for a cup below. I have spent $5 on a large coffee and have never found it as good as the one I make every morning.
One last thought to share. For years I used a French Press and I can honestly say you can’t find a better cup of coffee. Takes more effort and time but you can pick up a Press for under $20!
