This sprint and core workout is a tough workout and should only be done if your in really good to great shape. If you’re not at this time, you can jog through this workout and build up to sprinting. This should be done 2 days a week.

Bottom line is if your not having fun, you will not stick with any workout plan. The good news is there are plenty of ways to make exercise fun and something you can enjoy and look forward to doing. I know when I started playing tennis at 41 it was one of the best choices I ever made. You are never too old to compete, your level of competition drops with age but so what. You can still have the mental edge to compete at any age, you just have to get off your butt and do it!
