Remember January 1. 2016? Remember another New Year’s resolution(s) this was the year you are getting back in shape. Two and a half months later, you are ready to give up on the gym. Don’t do it! It’s not the gym’s fault and more than likely it’s not your fault either. How’s that, you ask? The problem most people have who give up on the gym is they just find it too boring. They do a great job of making the commitment, decide what time of day works best for them, get all charged up, then lose motivation and hastily give up on the gym because they decide it’s not for them. Kind of sounds like a relationship with a spouse, right? Just like your relationship with a spouse or boyfriend/girlfriend, you need to constantly add spice to your gym workouts to keep your commitment going.
