Holiday Stress Relief In Ten Minutes
Family visits, Black Friday, parties, shopping, food and then there’s that job thing that pays for it all. Let’s face it, everyone loves the holiday season but we can all use some holiday stress relief. This 10-minute workout can be done first thing in the morning or at night about an hour before bedtime. Since there is no equipment required you can pretty much do it anywhere, anytime. This is a good time to start considering giving meditation a try. It’s much less complicated than you think. Here’s a great 10-minute meditation video I’ve used myself.
You will perform each exercise of this holiday stress relief workout for one minute, doing them as a circuit with no rest. You can perform this one time or if you want, perform two or three times. Whatever you have time for or feel you need. If you are going to do more than one circuit, take a two-minute break after completing each circuit. Be sure you are breathing slowly and deeply throughout the workout (this in itself is a great relief exercise)
