Fat Burning Dumbbell Workout You Can Do In 15 Minutes
If you read many fitness articles you are probably aware that many support shorter workout periods. There are a number of different workouts, HIIT, Tabata, all suggesting short burst, high-intensity exercise. High bursts of energy for short amounts of time burn fat and build muscle. Everyone can find ten minutes in a day so no excuses! The good thing about this fat burning dumbbell workout is you can do it anywhere. Most hotels will have some sort of workout center with some dumbbells. You can also buy a couple different pairs for your home.
You want to do the ten exercises with as little rest as possible. Work for 50 seconds then give yourself 10 seconds to get into the next exercise position and begin right away. Use a tempo of 4-0-1-0. Mix it up, sometimes lower four seconds, raise one second, others raise four seconds, lower one. This is a great little trick to use for all of your workouts without having to use a tempo you are comfortable with using. Don’t worry about a bench, just throw a mat on the floor. You can even use your bed if the floor is too hard for your back.
